Welcome to the glass workshop!

I’m Yael and I run glass workshops at my studio in Mevo Horon.

My studio is a place for enjoyment, innovation, and creativity for families, couples, or groups of friends.

If you’ve ever found yourself on vacation with the kids without an idea for an activity suitable for all ages…

If you’ve been looking for a special experience that doesn’t require previous skills or experience to get an amazing end product…

My workshops are the perfect place to create an original handmade work of glass art!

During the workshop we will get to know the world of glass, experiment with the materials and create useful and decorative utensils.

We will break glass, paint and decorate using different techniques.

After an explanation of the work process, each participant receives a glass sheet from which he will prepare a utensil of his choice.

At the end of the workshop, the pieces will be baked in the oven at a temperature of 800 degrees for 20 hours. The glass undergoes a process of fusing and becomes a finished piece.

The workshop is held in a warm and welcoming environment, where each individual receives presonal attention.

Each participant creates a utensil of his choice.

You can choose between different serving dishes, decorative dishes, wall pictures, plates, mezuzah covers, a sign for the entrance to the house, pictures with blessings and more.

The workshop is suitable for ages 5 and up.

No prior experience is necessary

Cost - 200 NIS per participant (in groups of three or more participants), private workshop for couples 540 NIS.

Opening hours: Sunday- Thursday: 9 to 21, Friday: 9 to 13, Saturday close

Duration of the workshop: like an hour and a half.

Location: the workshop takes place in my studio in Mevo Horon or at your chosen location (over 25 participants).

The workshop can be held in Hebrew, English or Spanish.

The finished products need to be fired in the oven for 20 hours. They will be ready in a few days for collection. They can be sent via courier to your home for an additional fee.
